Who we are

This site is operated by Joshua.cali Coaching (“we”, “us”). If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at jsmarketing.eastmids@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us directly, through the forms on this site:

• Contact form — your name, email address, experience level, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Free guide sign-up — your name and email address, so we can send you the guide.

We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies required to keep the site working securely, but we don’t use anything beyond that to track you.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss coaching with you.
• To send you the free guide you requested.
• To deliver the coaching service itself, if you become a client.

We won’t use your details for anything beyond this, and we never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Submitting a form on this site sends your details through two service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers the emails your form submissions trigger.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

Both are established providers with their own data protection obligations. We don’t share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and sign-up details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or, if you become a client, for the duration of our coaching relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see “Your rights” below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email jsmarketing.eastmids@gmail.com. If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Children’s privacy

This service isn’t directed at children. If you’re under 16, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf. If we learn a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, we’ll delete it.

Security

This site is served entirely over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent directly to our email provider — we don’t store your data in a separate database.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
